Products are subject to availability, and while we strive to keep our inventory up to date, it may happen that some products are not available at the time of your purchase. In such an event, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

    Shopping in Spain 

At Verdes Esmeralda Olive, we ship nationwide, including the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from confirmation of payment, and delivery times vary between 3 and 5 working days, depending on your location.

     International Purchases 

We are pleased to offer our extra virgin olive oils to customers all over the world. We ship internationally at competitive rates starting at 11 euros. Delivery times for orders outside Spain usually range between 3  

and 7 working days, depending on destination and applicable customs procedures. 

     Geographical Limitations 

While we strive to reach all regions, some destinations may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations or logistical challenges. In the event that your location is outside of our delivery zone, we will contact you to offer alternatives or arrange a full refund. 

     Availability Update 

Availability of products and services may vary and is subject to change without notice. We are committed to keeping information up to date and notifying you of any changes that may affect your order. If a product is not available at the time of your purchase, we will offer you an alternative solution, such as a full refund or a similar product of equivalent quality.

When you have found the product you wish to purchase, select the quantity and click on the "Add to cart" button. You can continue browsing and adding more products, or proceed to checkout when you are ready.

Once you have selected all the desired products, click on the cart icon at the top right of the page to review your order. In this section, you will be able to modify quantities, remove items or apply discount coupons if you have any.

RETURN POLICY

At Verdes Esmeralda Olive, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible and clear return policy to ensure that your experience with us is always a positive one. 

  1. Right of Withdrawal 

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This period shall expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.

  • Products must be returned in their original, unopened and unused condition, with all original components, packaging and labels. 

  • You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, except in cases of error on our part or defective products. - We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

  • Product ShipmentOnce we receive your return request, we will provide you with the address to which you will need to send the product. We recommend that you use a shipping service that includes tracking for your security.

  • Verification and ReimbursementOnce we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund through the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly provide otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

WARRANTIES

All our extra virgin olive oils are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of two years from the date of delivery, according to current regulations. This guarantee ensures that the oil complies with the specifications described on our website, and that it is in perfect condition for consumption.

  1. What does the warranty cover? 

  • Quality DefectsIf the oil presents any quality defect not related to normal storage or consumption conditions, we are committed to offer a solution that may include the replacement of the product or a full refund. 

  • Products Damaged in ShipmentIf your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, we will arrange for the pickup and replacement of the product at no additional cost to you. 

  1. How to apply for the Warranty?

We will evaluate your request and proceed accordingly to resolve your claim as soon as possible.

During a Force Majeure Event, our obligations will be suspended, and the time to fulfill them will be extended for the same period as the duration of the event. We will do our best to resolve the situation or find a solution that will allow us to fulfill our obligations.
